Terms and Conditions

  • The payment must be made at least one week in advance.
  • Up on receiving the payment you will be sent a receipt via email.
  • Cheque or Cash payment can also be made in advance into our bank account.
  • Choose the desired date for the training and one of the payment methods.
  • In completing the enrolling process and paying for your course, you are confirming that you have received enough information to make an informed decision and that the course is suited to your needs and abilities.
  • No refund will be given in any circumstances after starting the training.
  • The classes will take place as we have scheduled unless there is any unavoidable circumstances, in which case we will cover the class in an additional session convenient for all the delegates.
  • In case, if you  cannot attend any session we will provide the course material for that session and the missing session can be covered only in the next available batch or you need to arrange a special session with the trainer.
  • Request for any cancellation should be made at least 14 days before the start date of the course.
